Having your generator break down is stressful. If your generator is not working properly, call us to schedule an emergency service visit. We are trained and certified to work on most Generac and Briggs and Stratton generators. Our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Repair Service Details
Service calls
Trained technicians are available to help with almost any problem your generator encounters. We charge a flat service call out fee to dispatch a technician to your home or business. This fee includes the first 30 minutes of labor to diagnose and repair equipment.
Quick response guarantee
For plan members, we guarantee a technician will respond to your request within the proscribed window. If we do not respond within time, the service call out fee is waived (fees for additional time and materials still apply).
Repair fees
Plan members are eligible to receive a discount on any repair parts and labor not covered by manufacturer's warranty. This can save thousands of dollars over the life of the system, and may not be retroactively applied.
